• Membership Rules & Guidelines

     

    Dear Asuka Members

     

    Asuka dining members is designed to reward and treat our guests with better service and offerings, for being our loyal guests.  Elite membership gives us the tools, and allows Asuka to be able to announce specials and events for our members’ benefit. Elite member refers to the name of the person on file with us at the time of enrollment. For this contract purposes member and Elite member will be used interchangeably.

    ·     The Elite Member will receive a $20.00 gift card on the date of enrollment.

    ·     The Elite Member will receive notices of member weekly events and member special offers.

    ·     The Elite Member will be entitled to members only happy hours, and after hour events.

    ·     (Happy hours does not mean alcoholic beverage, due to ABC laws)

    ·     The Elite Member will be offered discounted rates for special occasion facility rentals

    ·     (Special occasion facility rentals are available only on a pre-approved basis)

    ·     The Elite Member will be given reward points at time of purchase which can be redeemed at Asuka.

    ·     We promise to search for other events and specials for our members’ benefits. Elite Club Points must be added to the member's account at the time of the visit, payment. No points may be added for prior visits.

    ·     Only the Elite Member paying the bill will receive points.

    ·     Elite Club Points are non-transferable. .

    ·     Elite Club Points must be acquired through the purchase of food and beverages, not only beverages.

    ·     Elite Club Points do not include tax and gratuity.

    ·     Any errors on Elite Club Point accumulation must be resolved at the time of the transaction. Check your receipt before leaving.

    ·     Unused points expire one year from the date they are received.

    ·     Asuka will charge $1 to replace lost Elite Club Cards.

    ·     We reserve the right to cancel Elite Club Memberships that are inactive for one year.

    ·     Be sure to give your server your card prior to check out not after you have paid.

    ·     Please do not ask the server to provide you with a different reward than what they are offering even if they have offered the same reward in the past.

    ·     Liquor, Tax and Gratuity are not included as part of the Elite Club Reward Point.

    ·     Your Asuka Elite Member card has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

    ·     Elite Club Points have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash

    ·     Elite Members can check their account status online at asukajapan.com or by calling 919-678-8282

    ·     Elite Members cannot get points for purchases made prior to enrollment.

    ·     The program is intended for individual use only. Spouses must have their individual membership in order to accrue points for their purchases. Spouses may not share a membership. Only one card issued per person. Only the Elite Member paying the bill may receive Elite Club Reward Points.

    ·     Points may not be accumulated for a business entity. Accounts will be audited monthly and inactivated if fraud is suspected.

    ·     Points are non-transferable or devisable, and may not be combined with other members’ accounts.

    ·     Unused points expire 12 months from the date of transaction.

    2. AWARDS

    ·     AWARD CERTIFICATES MAY NOT BE USED WITH OTHER PROMOTIONS, OFFERS, DISCOUNTS OR PRIX FIXE MEALS.

    ·     Members must accumulate 500 lifetime points, and have used their Elite membership card Three months prior to their birthday in order to be eligible for a birthday certificate for a complimentary Gift.

    ·     Award certificates are not valid for tax or gratuity. Federal and State tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the Elite Member.

    ·     State laws may prohibit accumulation of points from alcohol purchases.

    ·     Asuka may cancel the program at any time.

    ·     Accumulated points are not the property of the Elite Member and may be revoked, cancelled, limited, or modified at any time, even though such action may affect the member`s right to use previously accumulated points.

    ·     Member benefits, promotional offers, Asuka Elite member awards, and birthday certificates may cease after 6 months of zero account activity.

    ·     Asuka reserves the right to audit any account at any time.

    ·     Asuka may terminate any membership if fraud is suspected.

    ·     Asuka is not liable for points or awards lost due to fraudulent or unauthorized use. This includes fraud caused by lost cards. Asuka cannot replace award certificates if lost or stolen.

    ·     Asuka employees and family members (defined as spouses, children, parents or grandparents) or people living in the same household as Asuka employee are not eligible to participate.

     

    1. POINTS

    ·     Points are accumulated at the rate of 1 point for $1.00 spent on food and beverages, excluding tax and gratuity.

    ·     Points are credited to your account by presenting your Elite Membership card to your server at the time of payment during the visit.

    ·     Only the Elite Member paying the bill will receive Elite Club Reward Points for the purchase. If a bill is paid by credit card, the name on the card must match the name on the Elite Members name on file.

    The changing nature of the restaurant industry requires that Asuka adapt and modify the program rules from time to time, and some changes may adversely affect the value of points or awards already accumulated and the right to certain awards. We will notify the members of any such changes at the program’s website, www.asukajapan.com, and in the next scheduled member statement. You should check the rules on the website from time to time, as they are and will be the authoritative rules in effect at the time. Your continued participation in the program constitutes consent to any such changes.


    3. FEES

    Membership is $30.00 per year per membership card. Expires 12 months from the time of signed date.


    4. TERMINATION 

    If any of these rules or any future changes are unacceptable, you have the right to cancel your membership. We ask members to send us a written letter or e-mail for termination of membership, or it will automatically terminate after 12 months period.   Membership fees are none refundable, due to the benefits received during signup  

    All information is confidential. Asuka will not use the member information for any other purpose than to notify our loyal members of great valuable money saving gift or event held by Asuka.  As part of the registration process we ask you to share certain information, all of which must be accurate and updated. This information will be used to keep track of your points and to send you offers.
    By registration, you here by give Asuka a permission to contact you with special offers and promotions.

    you will find yourself dining out a little more often as a result of being an Asuka Elite Member
